Products Overview of Electric Hoist:

1.CD1 and MD1 series  wire rope electric hoists are improved on basis of CD and MD series electric hoists. 

Features:compact structure, light and handy, safe and reliable, most spare parts are general-duty, big single lift capacity, easy to maintain and etc. 

2.This series wire rope electric hoist has two types, fixed type and trolley type. 3.CD1 is single speed lifting equipment, while MD1 always have double lifting speed which is normal speed and slow speed.

Application of Electric Hoist:

1.The fixed type are divided into A1, A2, A3, A4 four types, they can be installed on the frame directly. The trolley type can be moved can install on the rail. 

2.This series electric hoist applies to industrial enterprise, mining company, normal factory, workshop, railway, sea port, warehouse, stock ground etc. 

Working conditions of  Electric Hoist:

Transmission Structure and Working Principles of  Electric Hoist:

CD1 and MD1 electric hoists are mainly composed of three parts: lifting mechanism, traveling mechanism, electrical parts.

1.Lifting mechanism the lifting motor drives the roller to rotate through the reducer via the coupling instrument,so that the steel-rope winded on the roller can carry the suspension hook to rise and fall.

A.Lifting Motor:Lifting motor uses tapered rotor motor with strong staring torque to adapt frequent direct staring in the intermittent work.CD1 type hoist uses ZD type single speed motor and MD1 type hoist uses ZDS type double speed motor. The ratio of ZDS type motor's constant speed and slow speed is 10:1

B.Reducers:Cap 0.25t hoist uses straight tooth planetary gear reducer and the rest are using helical gear three stage reducer. Gear and shaft are made by alloy steel and high carbon steel and through proper heat treatment to ensure its reliability and service life. Box body and cover is made of cast iron to ensure hoist's good damping performance and reliable sealing.

C.Roller:is made of cast iron or seamless steel tube, using/with the help of spline transferring power. The sell of rope drum is welded with steel plate.

D.Lifting hook :Lifting hook is forged with specialized steel. If lift capacity is five ton or less than five ton, slide wheel is single. If lift capacity is ten ton or more than ten ton, slide wheels are double.

2.Traveling mechanism:It is made of electric crab, traveling motor, traveling reducer, driven crab and so on. Main engine hangs under the traveling mechanism moving reciprocally. The normal traveling speed is 20 or 30m/min. If the lift capacity is 1~5t and the lift height is or more than 12m, another driven crab is installed.

3.Electric Parts:The electric device of CD1 MD1 model hoist consists of electric control box (No electric control box, if the lift capacity is 0.25t), button switch, Limiting stopper, connecting wires and so on.
