Weighing & dosing control system is widely used in industry and agriculture (cement, steel, glass, coal, pharmacy, feedstuff, etc.) to automatically control the weighing & feeding machines. The application of the labor-saving system will bring great economic profits to the enterprises.
KRD’s weighting & dosing control system consists of storage, conveying, feeding & weighing, dust-removing, mixing and packing machines. Handled material consists of power, grainy, bulk, slice and liquid material.
The modes can be divided into single-product feeding, multi-products ordinal accumulating, loss in weight feeding, belt/screw feeding, bulk feeding, etc. KRD can provide perfect proposals by analyzing industrial characteristics, products’ properties and customers’requirements.
Main function of weighting & dosing control system:
1. Monitor: inspect and monitor the parameters of instantaneous flow rate, daily total, monthly total and yearly total.
2. Display: the change of control parameters and the instant feeding chart are displayed on the computer screen.
3. Print: print feeding reports at any time
4. Communicate: IPC ,PLC and instruments can exchange information and data
5. Data Process: automatically calculate and process the received data and output to corresponding control point.
6. Control: automatically control the operation and PID adjustment according to the preset values.
7. Alarm: the upper machine sends out warnings of over-limited parameters or abnormal operation by the way of picture and light and sound signal.
