1. KS series advanced single-screw extruder realizes the high-speed and well melting. Max PE Pipe's diameter can be up to 1600mm.
2. The screw is designed with unique plasticization theory and can ensure optimum extrusion of PE-125, PE-100 and PE-80.
3. The special die head with oil temperature control can accurately control the material status of plug body and ensure high-quality pipe extrusion.
4. The entire pe pipe extrusion line is assorted with European HMC Computer-Controlled System to ensure the production reliability.
5. The optional IGS pipe wall thickness measurement system can ensure the high-quality extrusion of large-diameter pipes; in combination with IGS gravity feed device, enables a better performance of pipe extrusion.
6. Specially designed puller for PE pipe.
