Liquid RTV silicone rubber for sculpture molding is flowing liquid with general hardness of 22-50 shore A after curing with features:

1) low shrinkage

2) good operability

3) high tear and tensile strength

4) curing agent free

5) easy for de-molding

6) high reproduction times

7 )resistant to deformation and high-temperature, acid-alkali

Operations of liquid RTV silicone rubber for sculpture molding

If customers want to make products and silicone molds in large size, the mold should be made of silicone rubber with high hardness. On the contrary, if the mold has fine and precision patterns, it should be made of silicone with low hardness. The amount of the curing agent depends on the actual requirements of the customer. If fast drying and demold is needed, more curing agent should be added.

(Note: our company does not recommend you to add silicon oil into the silicone rubber. If the products require a special soft silicone mold or have fine detailed and complex patterns, 5% - 10% silicon oil could be added to soften the mold for easy demold.)
