The jacketed messenger is connected to the trunk cable member with a web.Jacket is medium density PE; messenger is produced by zinc coated (galvanized) carbon steel strand..Inner conductor is high quality copper clad aluminum (CCA), dielectric core is produced by insulating grade virgin polyethylene; it is tightly covered by seamless aluminum tube.
