DW-A6 high-speed carbon sulfur analyzer
1. Main technical parameters
1) measurement range: carbon 0.01%-6.00%; sulfur: 0.003%-2.00%
2) analysis time: about 45 seconds
3) Measurement accuracy: conform to GB/T223.69-97 standard and GB/T223.68-97 standard.
2. Function and features
1) Carbon measurement: Gas capacity method (liquid absorption), the absorption liquid can use for several years;
2) Sulfur measurement: iodometry method;
3) Carbon and sulfur measurement are automatic. Use high-precision light sensor to control automatic titration of sulfur;
4) Inserted switches of steel measurement and iron measurement , users can choose different switch according to material;
5) Adopt imported high-precision sensor for data test. The test data can be read on digital screen and can be stored;
6) Program automatic control operating, data calculation is controlled by micro computer, stable and reliable;
7) Configured with a printer, can print the testing data;
8) Compatible with all functions of DW-A3 and DW-A4.
