Description:The oil-fired furnace of high-temperature organic thermal carrier can reach comparatively higher working temperature at lower operating pressure. When the thermal carrier is the GD transfer oil, the highest temperature is 350oC. When it is the VP-1 transfer oil, the highest temperature is 400oC. Moreover, it can reach as high as 600oC when the thermal carrier is the fused salt. This furnace features high temperature under lower pressure, which will reduce the pressure grade for heating equipment and cut down the investment in equipment. It adopts close cycling heat supply and eliminates any chance for the heat cycling system to contact with the air, which leads to the prolonged service life of carriers. Since it has no fume discharge, no pollution and less loss of heat energy, it can save the energy at maximum, and have lower operating cost and quick economic return. Besides, it is equipped with operation control facilities and operating safety monitoring system to secure the stable application, and is easy to control and reliable to operate. It can be used for several heating equipment that requires different temperature environments and can regulate the temperature precisely. Even on the occasions of heat change, the thermal efficiency is still optimal. The furnace has rational structure, novel appearance and complete facilities. It is extensively applied.
