Anti-freezing elastic white adhesive pulp/ transparent pulp

This type of pulp is a high grade environment protective pulp which is based on 
acrylic polymer as the carrier;suitable for high grade T/C fabric, knitting and tatting fabric printing. This product 
can be applied on oval-net machine or round-net machine.

Characteristic: high elasticity, high covering, soft hand feeling, non-sticky, 
anti-freezing, pass 24 hours anti-freezing test at -25 centigrade; Suitable for high quality printing. Dry and wet rubbing test: 4 grade.

Main components: Acrylic resin, TIO2 and auxiliary. Appearance: 2900: white paste. 
2900c: clear paste. PH value: 6.5-7.5.

Process: Printing—naturally dry----curing at 130 centigrade for 2 minutes, washing test: 2 hours washing at 60 centigrade 
at least 5 times.

The paste must be used up in 4- 6 hours after add the additive or it will lose efficacy of the hydrolyze,but it won't be gel. Be sure to dry completely before the washing test or it will be
 affect the test effect. Bases on different fabric and different operate it can get 
different effect. This type of product haven't the ability of anti-sublimation, please check your fabric whether it can sublimation or not before use..
