Environment friendly high effective suede pulp

This kind of pulp is suitable for printing on cotton and blended fabric to create the 
suede printing affect.

Characteristic: Slight elasticity, better covering ability, high foaming affect, soft 
hand feeling, good fastness, washing resistance, easy to operate.

Appearance: 368 beige pulp

Components: co-Polymer acrylic resin, foaming powder. 

PH value: 5.5-7.5

Printing process: Clear paste2-3 time base printing----Print the TZ-386 paste----dry naturally for 12-24 hours----heat-press or curing at 150-170 degree centigrade for 12-15 seconds. Formulation: 10-30% elastic paste to adjust the color.

Notice: 1. add 1% catalyzer to improving the fastness, 2. Foaming process should be 
complete in one time. 3. To conduce the water fastness test after 24 hours. 120 
mesh is recommend. 4 In high moisture or low temperature weather, please extend 
the drying time to make sure printing completely dry.
