TZ-366/388 Water-based high/middle grade foaming pulp
This type of pulp is suitable for blends fabric printing to avoid too high elasticity
fabric printing. TZ-366 is for high foaming, TZ-388 is for normal foaming.
Characteristic: Soft hand feeling, good fastness and elasticity. It's quite easy
to operate.
Appearance: yellow, paste.
Components: poly acrylic resin / foaming powder.
PH value: 5.5-7.5
Feature: even foaming effect, better fluff hand feeling, easy to operate, smooth
surface. Formulation: High grade foaming TZ-366: 20-30% white paste/Clear paste (based on foaming and color requirement to adjust the
formulation accordingly) Middle grade foaming TZ-388: 30-40% white paste/Clear paste (based on foaming and color requirement to adjust the
formulation accordingly).
Process: Printing--Naturally dry----curing at 130 centigrade for 2 minutes or
Heat-press at 130 centigrade for 10-15 seconds, after completely dry to conduct washing fastness at 40 centigrade for 2
hours. Eco-status: eco-friendly.
Notice: 1. Make sure completely dry before curing, otherwise the uneven foaming and
no foaming phenomenon will happen 2. Foaming process should be complete once.
3. TZ-366/388 is for low temperature foaming, the curing temperature should not over
130 centigrade, otherwise the dent will be happen. 4. Be sure completely dry before
washing test. 5. In high moisture or low temperature weather, please extend the
drying time to make sure printing completely dry. Above information is for
reference only. The trial test is a must before mass production, otherwise any
problem caused we won't take the responsibility.
