Textile specified transfer printing hot stamping foil
Hot stamping foil is one of dry printing material produced through
aluminum evaporation and gravure coating method. It has mainly gold/
silver colors and also various color shades such as red, black. We
have most fitting types respectively depending on colors, substrates
and stamping methods.
Our products are available for most of the substrates used generally
and workable at fine detail to solid area. Also they have good
reputation in excellent abrasion resistance, adhesion & workability.
1. For Textile
A specially designed foil for various textiles like polyester, nylon ,
tricot, acetate rayon and acrylic fiber. This can be used for textile
designer’s creative effects on various textiles
including dresses, scarves, and doll’s costumes. This has clean and soft release and it can accommodate computerized fine
pattern, foggy design pattern to wide area stampings
2. For Graphics(Paper)
1) SSP
An excellent foil suitable for wide range of applications. the
versatile adhesion of GSP provides users with flexibility in stamping
works SSP can be applied to coated, laminated and non-coated paper as well as various films especially matte OPP. SSP’s easy release along with elasticity works best for embossed graphic works with
high-speed cylinder machines.
2) SBS
A very versatile hot stamping foil suitable for various graphic
artworks; coated, uncoated paper stocks. It is ideal for the greeting
card and label industry that use various textured
stock, rough book cover and uncoated paper. And it is recommended to
use or merchandise along with our “ SSP”
3) STP
The STP type is a general purpose graphics foil, which is suitable
for a wide range of stocks including OPP laminates, UV-inks surface and PE self-adhesive labels. The versatile
adhesion of STP provides users with flexibility in stamping works and
convenience in carrying inventories. STP can be applied to coated,
laminated and non-coated paper. STP's
easy release along with elasticity works best for embossed graphic
works with high-speed cylinder machines.
