Imported heat-free bronzing pulp
This type of pulp is mainly applied in foil printing process; suitable for printing on
cotton, T/C fabric and knitted textile.
Characteristic: Soft hand feeling, good fastness, not sticky; Suitable for heat-free foil printing.
Components: Acrylic resin PH Value: 6.5-7.5 Appearance: Beige transparent pulp Eco status: Eco-friendly
Process: foil free printing for 3 times----naturally dry or blow dry----cover foil paper on the surface---- use the good fluid pigment binder to squeegee the mesh for 4-5 times by harder oil scraping cutter----peel off the foil paper----naturally dry for 8-12 hours----overheated around 130-140 centigrade for 2 minutes. (Or pressing around 130-140 centigrade for 10-15 seconds)---can pass 60 centigrade washing test 2hours for 2 times.
Remarks: 800-1000 mesh is recommended. Attention: 1. In high moisture or low temp weather,
please extend the drying time to make sure printing completely dry. 2. This paste is
for single system, other catalyzers are not allowed to be added. Otherwise it will affect
the elasticity and adhesion 3. Make sure completely dry before washing test.
