High quality soft tortoise cracking pulp
This kind of pulp can achieve well the tortoise cracking result; it’s a high grade eco-friendly cracking pulp.
Characteristic: Good hand feeling, non-sticky. Good and stable cracking result.
Components: special resin, TIO2 Appearance: 655 white paste. 655c: clear paste.
PH value: 6.5-7.5
Printing Procedure: 306A base printing 2-3 times---cracking paste print 2-3 times----naturally dry or dry by blower-------cracking come out-----to cure at 130-150 centigrade for 2 minutes or Heat-press at 130-150 centigrade for 10-15 seconds. Able to pass 60 centigrade washing test for 2-3 times.
Notice: 1. This pulp need more times printing, make sure every printing need to be
conduced before cracking happened 2. make sure cracking come out before peel off
from table, 3. Different base color printing can create different cracking result. 4.
different thickness can work out different cracking (thicker printing, bigger cracking,
less printing small cracking) effect. 5. Improper application will cause no cracking.
6. for fastness improvement, please add 1% fixing agent.
