316L Standard Stainless Steel Sintered Metal Mesh With High Strength Filter Layer
A standard sintered mesh is 5-layer sintered wire mesh which has the widest application. Five different layers of stainless steel wire mesh are combined, and then sintered together through vacuum sintering, compressing, and rolling, forming a porous product.
Features:
1. Very high mechanical strength and compressive strength.
2. Filter layer on the second floor so that it has been well protected and diversion, filtering precision can reach uniform filter performance, ensure that it has high stability.
3. Selection of 316L material, good corrosion resistance, heat resistance, and can be used to -200 ℃ ~ 480 ℃ temperature and acid-base environment, filtering.
Sintered metal mesh porous material is a rigid structured composite consisting of multi-layers of metal woven mesh, manufactured from a special lamination design and undergoing a combination of processes such as rolling and vacuum sintering.
This material is able to maintain the simple structure and even pore distribution characteristics of ordinary metal woven mesh. Yet, at the same time possess high strength and good integrity, and also able to maintain a stable and rigid mesh shape.
In addition, sintered metal mesh porous material has good permeability and excellent regeneration ability. The filtering accuracy can be 1μ-100μ.
Hence, by considering the various properties discussed, we are able to produce the most desirable sintered metal mesh porous material with a combination of those above-mentioned properties.
