BX466 75 KW Double Drum Wheel Knife-Ring Flaker / Slicing Machine For Particle Board
This equipment consists of vibration feeder , magnetic sorting device, separator of heavy objects, knife ring, impeller and machine base .
The main motor of impeller drives impeller by V-belt with a high speed. And the direction of rotation should to comply with arrowhead of base. Face to the machine door , the impeller should be running in anticlockwise direction . The knife ring is driven by reducing motor through chains and chains wheel in low velocity .the direction of rotation is different from impeller .
Applications:
Double drum wheel flaker is specially designed for using wood chips, milled veneer as the raw materials, shaving the materials into a certainty thickness of flake which be used to produce particleboard.
