Outdoor galvanized recycle waste bin with specail rotating handle
1. The upper cover and the main box of the waste bin use the electrolytic galvanized steel sheet as the substrate, with better corrosion resistance than ordinary cold rolled steel.
2. The upper cover is made by the whole stretch molding process, with much higher ruggedness than the general welding molding process. It also avoids iron corrosion of the joints caused by welding.
3. The bottem flange of the upper cover uses the molding process, which makes them more endurable and also avoids the possibility of the scratch on the hands by the edge of the cover when user delivers the garbage.
4. The main box is made by the decomposion process and the panel of the barrel is suppressed which makes the contour stable.
5. The delievring signs are made by the anti-UV, abrasion, laminated printed signs, which is colorful and durable. The fade rate is only 6.3% after ten years use. The service life is 15 to 20 years.
6. Due to the whole suppression of the leg and exposure to the ground by external vertical touch, so it will not be corroded when touches the wet ground, which greatily improved the service time.

2. The inner barrel is anti-acid corrosion.
The inner barrel is made of engineering plastics which increase the anti-acid corrosion several times over the traditional galvanized sheet. As the corrosive fluid can not penetrate the inner barrel, it can protect the main box from corrosion.
3. The inner barrel is flame-retardant.
The appropriate flame retardant is added to the raw material, which can make the inner barrel avoid burning together with combustion in the barrel in the event of combustion(except for the big fire)
