Quarts tube level gauge is a new exploited produce in 1982s at
Tieling Tieguang instrument & apparatus Co., Ltd. The produce is won
state patent and passed provincial technological in 1990 year. It is
renewal produce of general glass tube level gauge. It is heat-
resisting , clear show than general glass tube level gauge. It
applies to keep watch on the level of pressure container and liquid
store-tank in petroleum chemical industry industrial boiler hearting
apparatus and so on.
Working principle .construction and technological parameter :
1, quartz tube level gauge is according to the transmission and
glint principle of the light ,pass through design of the optical
system, and achieve that the steam is red; the water is green . Owing
to red and green have a big tudge ,the level shows clearly, the
demarcation line of red and green is clear. It is full green when it
is full liquid, conversely, it is full red .So we can judge whether
it id liquid or not, avoid the accident of full liquid or nothing
liquid, and raise the reliability of container’s moving. The level
gauge has safe ball non-frost function on steam liquid valve, in case
quarts tube level gauge burst accidentally, the safe ball can cut off
steam-liquid thoroughfare, defer liquid leaking under 0.5Mpa ,so we
can repair the level gauge in time.

(1) Working press: 1.6, 2.5, 4.0, 6.4Mpa;
(2) Working temperature :-196degc~400degc;
(3) Standard
4 Coupling flange : DN20 and corresponding press grade JB/T82.2-94,
HJ20592-97. The consumer may provide standard;
(5) Clip case press : ≥0.5Mpa.
