PW2550DA type horizontal movable shot blasting machine is an environmental-friendly product specifically developed for construction and maintenance of various kinds of roads; it can keep dust-free and non-pollution during the construction; and the abrasive can be automatically recycled. The equipment can be used for: water proofing and rough making for concrete bridge deck, and cleaning and rough making for asphalt pavement, increasing the roughness of surface; recovery of anti-skid performance for pavements, tunnels and bridges; cleaning of fatting up and marks; decay-resistant treatment of steel bridge deck; rubber and marks removing for airport pavement.

Working Principle for road shot blasting machine

By adopting mechanical method, the abrasive (steel balls or sand ) will be cast into working surface at high speed and in a certain angle; the abrasive will impact working surface to roughened by the cast surface and remove the leftovers. Meanwhile, the negative pressure caused by dust collector will clean the abrasive and impurities via airstreams; intact abrasive is automatically recycled, and the impurities and dust will drop into the dust collecting box.
