The process as follow :Ingot →forging → Heat treatment (Normalizing+ tempering) →Inspection →rough machining→2th Heat treatment →finishing machining →Inspection

Main type of steel is tool steel, higher forging rate , better forging compactness and hardness eveness ,the hardness variation range on the same section is ±1.5 HRC,hardness level is ± 3HRC

Applications:

Mould forgings is widely used as manufacturing forging toolsuch as all kinds of forging press and forging hammer,valve body.
