Pulse Combustion Control System WINTEK uses intermittent combustion with pulse duration modulation, in order to control the temperature of furnace by duty cycle (on-off ratio) adjustment of combustion time. Fuel flow can be preset by pressure regulation. Once the burner KIO/KIC is started, it works at full capacity, ensuring constant gas outlet velocity on combustion. When heating up, the combustion time will be longer, the break time will be shorter. When cooling down, the combustion time will be shorter, the break time will be longer.
