We manufacture a wide range of straightener-levellers, standard and non standard. Our straighener-levellers are designed to remove the set out of coil so that the material enters the strip feeder or die set stress free and levelled.

 

 

 

Standard feature for and precision straightener-leveller:

1. Straightener is designed for thin stainless steel,copper sheet,iron sheet,aluminium sheet and so on
2. Solid steel roller,quenched,hard chromed plated and ground with HRC60
3. Straightener is Adjust by screw ,with indicator.
4. Besides with upper and lower roller,equipped with auxiliary roller to prevent from distortion because of too much pressure.And strengthen straightening roller and life extension.Also improve surface for sheet material.Good for press feed after straighening.

Optional for simple straightener:
1. Automatic cycle oil feeding system
2. Frequency control
