Mobile hydraulic loading truck ramp lift, forklift container ramp with galvanized platform
1.The machine has been tested and debugged,and all the parameters has been reached on the designed requirements. The hydaulic system does not need adjusting.
2. Yard ramp’s hydraulic system and tyres should be examined carefully before the working to make sure that without the leak of oil and the weak pressure of tyres.
3. The yard ramp should be landed onto the hard ground and to fasten the fixing chains to the truck.
4. The yard ramp should be operated without load for 1-3time, and then to do loaded work.
Hydraulic system:
1. With handle pump, screw the return valve clockwise.
2. Move the handle stick, to lift the ramp slowly.
3. When the return valve is screwed counterclockwise, the hydraulic oil will go back, and the ramp will fall down on its own weight.
Operation:
1. Fasten the return vavle and press the handl to move the ramp over the truck soleplate. Unfold the landing legs to working height.
2. Drive the car under the plate.
3. Release the return valve, and the ramp will fall down onto the afterbody of the truck, then fasten the ramp and the truck with the chain. The hyraulic system and the tyres of ramp do not carry the weight.
4. Operating starts.
5. When the operation finishes, untie the fixing chains. Lifting the ramp by the handle stick, and then drive out the truck.
6. Uplifting the afterbody of the ramp to move around hang on the truck.
Safe operation:
1. While the ramp is under using, the table should be kept in level and be stable. Move speed: 3km/h
2. While the ramp falls down, the person climbing is forbidden.
3. Overloading is forbidden.
4. Keeping the hydraulic oil clean, without the mixture of water or other impurity. The oil changing is normally half year. The model of oil is N32# in winter, and N46# in summer.
5. When the emergency occurs, the operation must be stopped immediately to repair troubles.
Note: the tyre of yard ramp is only used to move the machine, after you land the legs, let out the hydraulic oil of the cylinders, or the heavy loading will break the cylinders and the tyres. For the tyre and cylinders of ramp don’t carry the load. The tyre is for move, and the cylinder is used for change the working height.
