Characteristics: Ptfe sheets (also called F4 sheets, Tiefulong sheets, ) include molding and skived sheets.

The molding sheet and tape are made by molding polyflon through pressing method under ordinary temperature, and then sinter roasting and cooling down.

Ptfe resin is first molded into work-blank and then sinter roasting, later skive it.

Appearance request:

(1). The color of sheet material is the essential color of resin.

(2). It is homogeneous in structure, smooth surface, not permitting the crack, air bubble, flatted, mechanical damage, knife mark and so on.

(3).Metal of impurity is not allowed, non-metal impurity with diameter 0.1-0.5mm no more than one piece in 10×10cm²area. Diameter 0.5-2mm non-metal impurity no more than one piece in product.

Application: It can be used within -180°C+260°C under the condition for no load, the ptfe sheet is adequate for bearing strip, sealing member and lubricant working in all sorts of corrosive medium, it can be used to make electric insulation parts of all sort of frequency , supporting slide piece(building and bridge support).
