1. Features of PTFE Skived Sheet:
PTFE Skived Sheet is manufactured by molding with PTFE granular resin.PTFE is the most chemical resistance of all know plastics.PTFE does not age.it has a wide range of practicable temperature from -180 ~ 260°C.It has the lowest coefficient of friction of all know solid materials.
1).Anti-corrosion in all kinds of chemicals including nitric acid & aqua fortis;
2).High and low temperature resistance(-180 ~ 260°C.).
3).Abrasive resistance.
4).Electric insulation;good dielectric in mediums.
5).Non-aging.
6).It can be used in wide strength range,etc.
2. Use of PTFE Skived Sheet:
1).seal, lining and gasket, scrap, guide rail,
2).dielectric material for different frequency,
3).bridge bearing slide.
4).seal liner and lubricant material in kinds of medium, especially corrosive situation;
5).dielectric material in kinds of frequency;
6).medium materials of capacities;
7).insulation material in electrics systems, etc.
