3)Product application
R type Raymond mill is applied to grind and process more than 280 kinds of non-flammable and non-explosive materials with hardness less than 7 and humidity less than 6%, such as barite, calcite, feldspar, talcum, pencil stone, marble, coke, powdered-coal, dolomite, fluorite, active carbon, betonies, ceramiciron ore, granite, iron oxide yellow, gold mine, porcelain clay, plaster, limestone, clay, glass. The fineness of the finished product can be adjusted from 60 mesh to 425 mesh, according to requirement. The highest fineness can reach 1000 mesh.

4)Product principle
Firstly, material should be crushed into the desired size by Jaw Crusher, and then delivered to the Silo by Bucket Elevator. Our Designed Vibrating Feeder will feed the material into the grinding room. With the air current from the Air Blower, powders consistent with the fineness degree are blew into the cyclone collector and powders not consistent with the desired size are returned to the grinding room to be re-ground. The whole system is airtight circulation, and the circulatory flow under the negative pressure.
