3)Product application
Round vibrating screen is mainly composed by screening box, mesh, vibrator, damper spring etc. The vibrating screen adopts the vibration exciter with barrel type of eccentric shaft and block to adjust the swing. The vibration exciter is installed on the lateral plate of the sieving box. The motor makes the exciter swing round speedily through tire coupling. The continuous forced circular motions of sieving box were achieved through the powerful centrifugal force. The lateral plate made by the high quality steel plate without any welding point. The lateral plate, beam and the vibration exciter connected by strength bolts and ring grooved lock bolts. Vibrator is installed on the lateral plate of the sieving box, also spinning by motor, produce the centrifugal force, and vibrate the screen box. Screening machine uses socket type installation. The screen surface dip angle is adjusted by changing spring support to realize its height requirements Round vibrating screen can be installed in the right of the screen or the left side of the screen, without special requirements, factory will install it in the right according to the of the movement direction . 4)Product principle
It adjusts the amplitude by tube-shaped violent vibration screen of eccentric shaft and eccentric blocks. The body moves like a circle, in order to make the materials screened, materials in small size will go through the hole when they meet the screen surface, so as to realize the grading.
