Intensity difference in pellet, more powder or rotary kiln operation is not right, then the kiln is prone to "nod" phenomenon. There are two main ways for rotary kiln nodulation in the production process: one is erection of the moving alloy blade in the kiln; other is to use "Fire Act" to tumor nodules, that is, when nodulation occurs adding an excess of fuel to burn the tumor. The former material is not easy to solve, the last one is simple and does not need special equipment. In addition, appropriate changes in the high temperature, it is possible to eliminate the phenomenon of nodulation.
