Virgin PTFE film
1). Features of skived PTFE films:
i. anti-corrosion in all kinds of chemicals including nitric acid & aqua fortis;
ii. good dielectric in mediums;
iii. non-aging;
iv. can be used in wide strength range, etc.
2). Use of skived PTFE films:
i. seal liner and lubricant material in kinds of medium, especially corrosive situation;
ii. dielectric material in kinds of frequency;
iii. medium materials of capacities;
iv. insulation material in electrics systems, etc.
1.Features:
PTFE resin is first moulded into billet and then skived . The PTFE resin skived sheet &tape are highly dielectric. Chemical resistantand not aging . They have a wide range of operation temperature.
2.Usage:
Lining ,sealing and oillesslubricating material and dielectric at any frequencies . Capacitor dielectric , wire isolation , electrical instrument isolation.
