Our Company produce the new type of hot melt polyester sheath-core filament ,it is the sheath-core yarn fiber 's succedaneum of the Supply in the market .The core material is the conventional polyester, the thickness can be adjusted according to user requirements .The outside cortex material is low melting point polyester , Cortex's low melting point part's melting point and sheath-core ratio size can be adjusted according to user requirements .

The company’ s production of the low melting point of polyester fiber is a national initiative by the
company to complete the project of scientific and technological achievements of the low melting point of
polyester filaments .Preparation took place on Nov. 17th,2012 by the provincial science and technology
achievement appraisal.The appraisal committee agreed that the project technology has reached the leading

400°C,some polyester filament yarn melting point is
130 °C to 180 °C ,but the advantage for us is ours is the real low melting point in any real sense,,its
melting temperature is 85°C,
