Bengbu Hongshen Special Gas Compressor Manufactory is a specialized and well known natural gas (CNG) compressor maker in China. The diverse types of compressors for CNG are made with the technology introduced from MANNESMANN DEMAG Germany feature full functions and excellent performance to reach the level among the same products categories in the world. The natural gas compressors are reciprocating piston type and classified into two types-the foundation and non-foundation. The whole machine mainly consists of stationary and moving sections-the stationary section consists of machine body, intermediate body, cylinder cover, cylinder and cylinder seat etc. The moving section consists of the crankshaft, connecting rod, crosshead, piston, air valve etc., and it is installed with the pipelines and instrumental operation system. This series compressor can produce purified high pressure natural gas and can be not only installed as the shield-free stationary type but also skid type and sound insulation cabin type as well. The operation adopts the newest generation PLC control system, remote control touch screen display/monitoring to make the compressors run in even safer and more reliable mode. The monitored items are the alarm and machine stop due to over pressure or low pressure of inlet pressure; alarm and machine stop for low oil pressure; alarm and machine stop for outlet temperature overheat of every stage; alarm and machine stop for low water pressure; alarm and machine stop for motor overload.
This series natural gas compressors are diversified models, full specifications to fit the different working conditions such as natural gas’s recycling, gas collection, gas filling, pipeline purging, pressure boost and conveyance etc. The compressors possess more types of oil lubrication or non-oil lubrication, water cooling or air cooling, box type etc. And the features of after cooler configuration, low gas conveyance temperature, small machine size, light weight, low noise, high automation, stable operation and safer and more reliable to fill in the blank of this machine type in China. Meanwhile, the natural gas compressors of different exhaust volumes and exhaust pressure can be designed and elaborated according to customers’ requirements to give our end users in CNG industry an ideal equipment of first choice.
