The natural gas compressor is a reciprocating foundation or free foundation compressor. The complete machine is composed of fixed parts and moving parts. The fixed parts are machine body, midbody, cylinder head, and cylinder, etc. The moving parts are crosshead, piston and air valve etc. and it is installed with the pipelines and instrumental operation system. Equipped with the purifying device, this series compressor can produce purified high-pressure natural gas to the customers. This equipment can be made into bare stationary, skid mounted as well as sound-proof cabin type.
1. With the imported technology of German MANNESMANN DEMAG Company, products are higher in reliability.
2. Some wearing parts, i.e. gas valves, piston ring, etc. are imported from Austria Hoerbiger Company, and their service lifetime are more than 8000 hours.
3. Because of soft starting, the compressors are allowed to start and stop frequently.
4. Wide gas inlet range and wider application.
5. With the integral skid frame and low noise, it is convenient for installation in the urban area
and to save investment.
6. By means of SIMENS PLC control system, high automation degree and convenience in remote control.
7. The 3 cooling modes, air cooling, mixed cooling and water cooling can be applied.
