        Our Company produce the New type low melt fiber filament yarn  ,it is the skin-core yarn fiber 's succedaneum of the Supply in the market .The core material is the conventional polyester, the thickness can be adjusted according to user requirements .The outside cortex material is low melting point polyester , Cortex's low melting point part's melting point and sheath-core ratio size can be adjusted according to user requirements .

    The company’ s production of  the low melting point of pnational initiative by the 

company to complete the project of scientific and technological achievements of  New type low melt fiber filament yarn is a polyester filaments .Preparation took place on Nov. 17th,2012 by the provincial science and technology achievement appraisal.The appraisal committee agreed that the project technology has reached the leading domestic level.Product quality to meet or exceed the similar foreign products.

     This new products:low melting point of polyester filament is produced by our company,we have the 

letters patent.our polyester fiber yarn is different from the traditional and normal polyester filament 

yarn,the meltingpoint for normal polyester filament yarn is 300°C to 400°C,some polyester filament yarn melting point is 130 °C to 180 °C

,but the advantage for us is ours is the real  low melting point in any real sense,,its melting temperature is 85°C,125°C. Features is low melting point, solidification, high yield, low production cost,
