8.4 inch color TFT display PC Based CNC Controller compatible with servo drive
HNC-21TD CNC system has the following major advantages:
1. Maximum coordinate axes: 3
2. Being compatible with various pulse command servo drive systems
3. Configured with 32 switch-value input and 24 switch-value output interfaces and hand-held unit interfaces, in addition to standard machine operation panel
4. Integrating hand-held unit interfaces, spindle control interfaces and encoder interfaces
5. Adopting 8.4–inch color TFT (resolution: 800 × 600), and full Chinese operation interface, providing the functions for identifying faults and reporting alarms, and displaying graphical machining paths, which enables users to easily operate the system
6. Adopting international standard G code programming, being compatible with popular automatic programming systems such as CAD and CAM, and providing functions for linear interpolation, circular interpolation, thread cutting, tool compensation, backlash compensation, and single or bi-directional pitch error compensation
7. Providing built-in RS232 communication interface to achieve data communication between computers and CNC machines
8. Supporting USB for easy and storage
9. Supporting Ethernet functions for rapid program and data transmission
10. Providing 28 MB Flash RAM power off protection storage for programs, 64 MB RAM memory buffer for machining programs
