Dust separation plants make energy saving ages
In recent years, we are emphasizing energy saving, reducing pollution and green development all the time. While the slogan did speak loudly, the action and effects is not so optimistic as we expected. Possibly, it is because we are already used to the condition where we live now. Or, may be the businessmen are still doing transactions which betrays to environmental friendly for their own personal benefits. Sand making equipment, a larger amount of industrial residue emissions machine, is not in accordance with environmental requirements under the law. After constantly efforts, Red Star has developed a new type of sand maker.
And then what does the equipment do for "energy saving and emission reduction" in production at length? At first, we are constantly improving technology and machinery performance, so that it raised production efficiency to a large extent. In a whole, when finished production, energy and power consumption can be no doubt reduced as well as the emission. Secondly, we equipped production equipment with dust remove devices. For example, cloth bag dust remover or pulse dust collectors are used in powder grinding machine. Stone production line and artificial sand making line has installed dust separation plant, too. As a result, it reduces dirt ash emission greatly, which protects the environment from being polluted.
In addition, our crushing and powder grinding equipments are widely used in many projects, such as coal gangue crushing, sulfur removal in power plant, comprehensive utilization of coal ash, construction waste recycling and off scum disposal, etc. We make use of mobile crushing plant or cone crusher turning city waste into resources. That no doubt avoids environment pollution in effective way so that improve usage of resources.
