ZYD-ST2 Mobile Double-Stage High-Vacuum Insulating / Transformer Oil
Purification Machine
Suitable for high voltage project between 110-500KV
Application:
Series ZYD-ST2 has been specially designed for regenerating transformer/ insulating oil in energized or de-energized transformers even when transformer power above 110KV and altitude over 500 meters, as well as purify mutual inductor oil, switch oil and so on.
Features:
1. Operated fully-automatically with PLC controller.
2. The oil of any grades can be treated on line.
3. High vacuum: Ultimate vacuum ≤ 5Pa, Working vacuum ≤ 35Pa.
4. Duplex 3D stereo-evaporation, eliminating the liquid water quickly.
5. High absorption speed: Absorption speed power ≥ 333 L/C.
6. UK G technology---the trace water (such as dissolved water) can be removed effectively.
7. Distinctive combination of double FH trapezoidal network filtering system and high polymer filter.
8. Carbon fiber infrared heating system---make the oil contains zero sum of ethane after the treatment.
9. Special for vacuum oiling and drying for power transmission equipments over 110KV.
10. Mobile type with trailer, hermetical, canopy-covering, open and frame system.
