Details:
Rubber seal products with non-toxic, environmental, physical inertia, resistance to UV, ozone resistance, resistance to high and low temperature (-80 to 300 degrees), high transparency, strong rebound, compression permanent deformation resistance, oil resistance, stamping, acid alkali, abrasion resistance, flame resistance, voltage, conductivity and other properties.
The materials can be classified to many different types in accord with processing technology, such as NBR, EPDM, TPE, and adding auxiliary materials, etc.It also can be classified by Rubber seal materials :dense rubber, sponge rubber and hard rubber.
The shore hardness of hard rubber is up to A95. The material of seal always use EPDM, which is anti-aging compounds, low temperature, water gas, chemical resistance, especially anti-ozone aging.
EPDM can be compound with steel, steel wire braid, TPE, velvet, flocking, PU coating, silicone coating to ensure that proof water &dust, anti-noise&heat, also reduce the vibration, wearproof and decorative effect.
Under normal circumstances, EPDM seals can be stably used for several decades. We also can choose chloroprene rubber (CR), which also have the good properties of anti-ozone &aging.
Taking into account the technological properties of rubber used, and sometimes need to use rubber, such as natural rubber (NR) and styrene-butadiene rubber and CR (SBR) and use three kinds of rubber or polyethylene (PE), EPDM and NR-based rubber and used to improved resistance to ozone.
In storage and transportation should isolate the fire, avoid the sharp instrument and keep away from the corrosive chemical and avoid long-term storage in the sun.

Mainly used in automobiles, motorcycles, ships, coal, electric power, metallurgy, chemical industry, mining equipment and heavy machinery manufacturing and other fields.Proof of dust, insects, water, fixed, sound insulation, shock absorption, sealing and so on..
