General Description:

TT-FR/Z/G self-propelled road marking machine finishes the vibrating work through the micro-computor system, sense system, air compressor, driving system, etc with one machine  in one time. The regular trapezeoid profiled markings shape, profiled height and profiled space can meet diifferent needs, and fully conform to the international vibrating and reflective standards, and with stronger deformation, abrasion and shock resistance .etc.

Main Characteristics
1.Engine: Japanese Robin 6.0HP or Honda 5.5HP four-stroke air-cooled gasoline engine with hand starter or electric starter(Option for electrical starting petrol or diesel engine or electrical starting petrol or diesel engine or the liquefied gas engine). 

2.Driving system: The original imported variable speed  transmission system has automatical brake device flexible operated in forward, back off or stop(HTS).

3.Electronic controller: Set various standard spaces, and realize PLC micro-electronic intelligent control. Freely adjust the length and space according to the needs of customer individual , and according to the needs of customer, freely adjust the profile quantity and height, The normal profile height: 3-7mm. RYZ-I adopts knob cordroller, RYZ-II adopts digital controller.

4.Paint tank: The tank made of stainless steel or cold rolling oxidation resistant steel equips with erect type hand (or pneumatic) stirring device. Cubage: 65 litre (about 120kg).The heating temperature can be freely controlled (0-300°)according to the different kinds of paint chosen by user.

5.Glass beads bin : Pin with window can check the quantity of glass micro-beads timely. Cubage: 15kg.

6.Glass beads dispenser: The automatical definite quantity dispenser synchronous with the paint screeding system, ensures the dispenser evener and more economical.

7.Chassis: The firm welding frame, whose surface has been chrome-plated or high temperature treatment equip with  high speed type imported bearing to ensure the whole machine more lightsome and convenient.

8.Marking width: Change different specifications of shoe(100,150,200,300mm) according to the needs of the project.

9.Marking thickness: The thickness of bottom line (1.5-2.5mm )and the convex height (3-7mm)can be freely adjusted through adjusting the control device of the floor knife and the convex height
