Fan filter Unit (FFU)
Product Information: Fan Filter Unit (FFU) is self-clean air equipment, it can be installed to the ceiling or setted on the holder, which can reach Class100. FFU has HEPA filter and pre-filter, the fan absorbs the air from the top through the prefilter and HEPA filter then the clean air at 0.45m / s ± 20% speed blow out by the whole air supply grill.
Salient Features: long use life, low noise and vibration, maintenance-free, adjustable air speed, thousands unit can be easy controlled.
Factory Strict Test: according to international ISO14644-1 standards, with a dust particle counter detection one by one to ensure the quality.
Application: widely used in the semiconductor, electronics, flat panel displays, and optical disk drive manufacturers, bio- industries, assembled clean room and laminar flow hood.etc.
