Description:
Monorail switch is a mechanical installation enabling monorail locomotives to be guided from one monorail track to another.
Control of the switch is realized via air cylinder (pneumatic) or bowden cable (manual). To prevent the monorail locomotive or other devices transported on the monorail slip off from the track, each branch is equipped with kick-up block.
Switch is to be used with I155 monorail line.
Competitive Advantage:
The moment encountering more turning angle , it may realize through the curved rail track, and its own open bifurcation angle is 16 degrees. The turnout junction is equipped with car arrester to prevent the locomotive slide from overhead rail, when reversing does not reach the designated position. There are 2 specifications (manual and pneumotronic operation) for choice of mine-manager. About the pneumotronic operation turnout junction, the source supply is common 0.5-0.8MPa, which is with the oil-water separator.
