Platen Press Line  

  We are the largest manufacturer of rubber machinery in China especially of conveyor belt curing press. We supply multi-unit press for the vulcanization of the conveyor belts such as steel cord belt, nylon belt, PVG belt, anti-flammable belt, etc.

Heating platen size is from 5, 700mm to 15, 000mm.

It is controlled by PLC and touch screen for manual or auto control. Auto control can realize the following functions, such as mould closing, air exhausting, temperature control, vulcanizing timing, alarming and discharging load when molds open, etc. Touching screen shows heating platen temperature at each heating zone.
