The production line overcome the disadvantage of big expansion coefficient,bad anti croop property and easy distortion of PPR pipe,It can produce normal PPRpipe and aluminum plastic compound pipe.The inner layer of this compound pipe is normal PPR pipe,covering aluminum foil in PPR layer,then coating the outer layer with PPRpipe.Then aluminum foil and PPR pipe is stick by special hot melt adhesive.
The production line is make up of PPRinner layer aluminum circle pipe gluing and outer coating pipe.With the feature of normal PPR pipe of high temperature resistance and easy conection.Aluminum plastic compound pipe is good at small expansion efficient(one thirds of PPR pipe),durable of high pressure,anti-UV and low temperature good compression strength.So this compound pipe is widely use in many application.
This extrusion machine can use to produce stable PPRpipe and aluminum plastic compound pipe.
