at the international level: decreasing carbon black ash content from 20% to 2%, grinding fineness
could reach of 1500 mesh,Wet granulation granulating rate could reach 98%,Its function reach to
produce national carbon black standard.Production equipment has realized automation and integration
,ash removal--fine grinding--wet granulation--drying quickly--accurate packaging.
Carbon black ash removal equipment: mainly including coarse carbon black bin,elevator,reaction still,segregating unit,Composite cans,drying machinery.
After the equipment,waste tyre pyrolysis carbon black ash can be reduced from 20% to 20%.
Carbon black grinding machine:
Carbon black superfine mill host,high pressure fan,a whirlwind discharger,airiock,pulse dust collectors,
electrical cabinet ,Air compressor and related accessories,connecting pipe and elbow pipe,etc.
By the principle of combining airflow collision and mechanical collision, this equipment can put the
pyrolytic carbon black shattered into 1500 mesh.
Carbon Black granulation equipment:
Mainly includes the automatic weighing feeder,sensor,Microcomputer Control System ,granulator,bucket
elevator,cylinder drying machines ,cyclone collector,Low pressure air blower,automatic packaging unit,burner
,and Grain storage bin etc.
After the equipment,complete granulation process, cutting, drying light, automatic packaging, etc.

1. Raw Material: Pyrolysis Carbon Black
2. The ending products is round pellet,about 0.5-3mm in Diameter.
3.The ending products usage: rubber and plastic industries as reinforcement agent and color pigment.
