Working principle:
Powder material is continuously added into the machine by calibrated feeder set on the top of pelletizer. Functioned by air force and the mechanical force produced by the high-speed turning parts with stirring teeth, powder material is fully touched with adhesion agent (usually water) which is sprayed into the machine, continuously achieving the processes of mixing, pelletizing and compacting. At last the needed ball-shape grains are acquired and pelletizing is achieved.
Grains are ball shaped, roundness ≥0.7, grain dia. 0.3-1.0mm usually, rate of grain ≥98%, grain dia. can be properly regulated by material wetness content and main shaft turning speed. Usually the lower the wetness is and the higher turning speed is, the smaller the grain is, vice versa.
Scope of application
It is widely applicable to the pelletizing of light and fine materials. The finer the elementary particle is, the higher the roundness of grain is and the better the balling quality is. Usually the particle size of material before pelletizing should be less than 300 M.

Technical Advantages:
§ This machine belongs to continuous wet pelletizing. The material after pelletizing makes subsequent powder dust flying effectively controlled, with powder dust decrease rate ≥90%.
§ By high-speed turning of turning parts with stirring teeth, it makes powder material be forced to form ball-shaped grains. Compared with natural-forming pelletizing machine (like Turning Round Plate Pelletizer or Turning Drum Pelletizer), it is characterized by granularity centralized distributing, grain intensity bigger than that of naturally formed grains and easy to control, etc.
§ High ability to adapt, it can be used for pelletizing of many glutinous or non-glutinous powder materials.
§ The whole machine is compact in structure, operation is stable and reliable, and production capacity is huge.
