Product explanation:

This tester is an integrated tester for plug. It is used to test the continuity, insulation, high-volt, leakage current of power plug. It meets the requirements of many international standards such as BIS, UL, CSA, VDE, BSI, DIN, CCC, IEC, etc. It is a totally automatic testing machine makes your operation more convenient and simple.

Features:

* All of the test subjects will be done automatically.

* The inner/outer high-volt output value and persistence time can be adjusted separately.

* Test speed is quick, all test subjects will be achieved less than 2 seconds.

* The PLC control system is come from Mitsubishi, Made in Japan.

* The relay is come from Schneider, Made in French.

* If the specimen is incompetent, there is an alarm by buzzer and light.

* If the specimen is incompetent, this machine will stop at once and show you which subject is incompetent. After you push the emergency button it will restart a new test. And a switch with key can be made to order to replace the high-volt starting button, it is very useful, because when a alarm happen, the operators can not restart this machine, only after the managers have checked over and restart it by key the machine will be working again.

* When test over, the sample will be pushed out automatically, and a “T” or other characters will be marked on it(English characters only).

* Cord set which both have a plug and socket can be tested by this machine.

1, Inner high-volt is applied between L, N, E wires, and the outer high-volt is applied between L,N,E wires and jacket.

2, Both 3-wire and 2-wire power plug can be tested by this machine.
