Instruction:
Hydraulic chained clamp is a kind of hydraulic and clamp tool of making up and breaking out, which can clamp pipe from OD 3’’ to OD 12’’, Max.torque 25000FT.LB, the equipment includes a heavy Industrial board type chain,a type Y carriage, when clamp teeth gets together with hydraulic pump,they can close chain and make fast pipes safely.
Composition:
The equipment consists of Pillar support, type Y carriage, driven hydraulic pump, air compressor, Single function hydraulic oil cylinder, air vent valve, Industrial chain and tubingless,etc.

4.clamp teeth can be replaceable
Operation:
1.start air compressor
2.hang pipes disassemble
3.Though the chain from upper of pipe and between the gap of the locking handele and the top of the tight.
4.Put the locking handle dowm, and tighten the chain.
5.Step the foot on the Driven Hydraulic Pump and then see the pressure of the hydraulic tightening if suitable for you or not, clamp the pieces and dismantle the thread.
