Compound crusher,also known as vertical compound crusher,is a kind of crushing machine which combining the advantages of impact crushers and hammer crushers.
It has the characteristics of high reduction ratio,low power consumption,stable performance and easy maintenance,etc.
Application of compound crusher
Our compound crusher is mainly used to crush cement raw materials and cement clinker.
It can also be applied to crush iron ore,sandstone,plaster,coal gangue,lump coal.limestone,dolomite,granite,basalt and other stones.
Features of compound crusher
1.Our compound crusher has high reduction ratio and is energy saving.
2.This crushing machine has a simple and reasonable structure.
3.Compound crusher has the functions of fine crushing and coarse grinding.
4.The noise is lower than 75db,and there is little dust.
5.Moisture concent of materials has little effect to the crushing.Moisture content can achieve about 8%.
6.Finished product is cubic.Large bulk density and little iron pollution.
7.This machine is suitable for crushing medium hard and extra hard materials.
8.Low abrasion and convenient to maintain.
Working principle:
Materials fall into the impeller which is rotating at a high speed from the upper part of the machine.Under the action of high speed centrifugal force,they impact and crush with another portion of materials distributed in an umbrella-shaped from around the impeller.During the crushing,a vortex is formed between impeller and enclosure.
Materials are impacted and grinded again and again.At last,crushed materials are discharged from the lower part of the machine.Screening equipment helps control the granularity of the finished products.
