Vibrating feeder Brief Introduction:
The feeder is a kind of linear direction vibration feeders. It makes a feature of smooth vibrating, reliable in operation, long service life and being suitable for feeding materials. They are widely used in mining, building-material, silicate and chemical industry in the crushing and screening plants.
Vibrating feeder Application:
It is widely used in crushing and screening production lines in the following industries: mineral, quarry, metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry, ore dressing, coal mine and etc.
Vibrating feeder Operating Principle:
It makes the movable parts, such as sieve box and vibration device, to move compulsorily and successively just like a circle or a similar one, under the function of the centrifugal force occurred from the revolution of the eccentric block in the vibration device. The stuff moves with the continuous parabolic movement on the inclined screen surface, along with the sieve box. When thrown up, the materials are classified; when falling, they pass through the screen.
Vibrating feeder Features:
It features of simple structure, steady vibration, even feeding, good successive performance and adjusted violent vibration force. You can alert and control the flowing quantity at any time and it is convenient and steady for operation. The eccentric block is its violent vibration resource, so it has low noise, little power consumption and fine regulating performance, without materials clashed situation. If adopting sealed body, you can avoid the dust pollution.
