Seven Functions of CP225-A Ink Proofer by printing simulate
1. Spot Color proofing: The multi-stage proofer can print color stripes of different colors at the same time, or print a same color in different thickness. It can also print new and old ink on the same printing material to make comparison, and highly improve color comparison efficiency.
2. Four colors inspect: Can inspect ink’s hue, shine and deepness. To control ink quality to achieve printing quality control.
3. Provide customer special color to approve before printing
4. Inspect changing degree between wet ink and dry ink: Ink proofer makes the color strip and we can find the color hue after dry. (For example: the phenomenon that purple color and deep blue color will change after dry can be eliminated before printing.)
5. Co-work with ink meter, the used quantity of special color ink can be anticipated, thus greatly reduce the remaining ink wastage and store accumulation.
6. Digital management: Co-work with spectrophotometer to inspect color, we can measure the color stripe’s data value (Lab value).
7. Co-work with other relevant instruments to foresee the features of ink such as abrasion resistance, hardening time, light resistance and heat resistance and so on.
