Technology principle
The traditional industrial fan runs at high speed to accelerate the ventilation and liquid evaporation from skin so as to make the cooling effect. But in the strong wind for long time, we usually feel discomfort of hot and dry. And the coverage of the traditional industrial fan is very small. In contrast, the HVLS super large industrial fan runs at low speed to slowly move a lot of air in large area through the super large fan blade so as to produce large and gentle natural breeze and continuously blow away the moisture from skin. So it can effectively accelerate the liquid evaporation from the body surface and thus bring the cool feeling. In the covered large space, people can feel 3 degree celsius to 5 degree celsius temperature reduction through the evaporation effect of the HVLS super large industrial fan. So it can effectively solve the cooling problem of large spaces.
SECURITY
A, Once motor is broken, the beep indicator will alarm, and the power will be cut off automatically so as to ensure safety in production.
B, The blades are connected together, so even if the shaft is broken, the blades will not fall down. That is to take precautions to ensure safety.
C, Even if the motor shaft is broken, or the coupling is loose, the fan will not fall down, because it is fixed by a L type hook and all fasteners are high strength grade and non-slip self-locking nuts.
D, The plate is firmly fixed to the shaft by expansion sleeve, which is locked by special device so as to make sure the expansion sleeve will not be loose at all.
E, The industrial ceiling fan is fixed to the ceiling by four pieces of wire rope, which can ensure the ceiling fan will not shake and fall down.
