STRUCTURAL FEATURES:
The rolls are made of chilled cast iron with vanadium and titanium alloys. The roll face is hard and anti-wear. To heat up or cool down, the rolls are either circumferentially drilled or centrally bored so as to make the temperature well proportioned on the roll surface.
The machine is equipped with a hydraulic relief device. When an emergent accident happens, just press down the button and the machine will stop immediately. It is safe and reliable.
The machine adopts electric nip regulating device that provides easy operation.
Bearings for the rolls are double-row ball bearings, which are convenient for maintenance and have a longer service life.
The transmission system may adopt a hard facing gear reducer, which has a compacted structured with high transmission efficiency, lower noise and longer service life.
